Opening General Session Keynote Address

Tom Rath

Wednesday, April 6
10:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Are You Fully Charged?

When you are fully charged, your mind is sharp, your body is strong and you experience high levels of engagement. You approach each day with the optimum levels of energy, purpose and meaning. Sounds good, right? In his latest book, Are You Fully Charged?, New York Times best-selling author Tom Rath draws on the latest and most practical research from health, psychology and economics to reveal the three things that matter most for our daily health and well-being, as well as our engagement at work. In this session, he’ll show you how to make changes that will create better days for yourself and others, and he’ll challenge you to stop pursuing happiness and start creating meaning instead.

Get ready to embark on a moving journey that will lead you to rethink your daily interactions with the people who matter most, and show you how to put your own health first in order to ensure you are “fully charged” in your personal and professional life.
