In order to increase the likelihood that students will persist in lifelong physical activity participation, is it more beneficial to offer an elementary school curriculum primarily focused on the development of fundamental motor skills and health-related fitness or a curriculum focused solely on offering physical activities that provide for moderate-to-vigorous physical activity?
