Undergraduate Student Research Award
The recipient(s) of the Undergraduate Student Research Award will be selected from among the abstracts accepted under the Research Program for the SHAPE America National Convention program. The award is intended to recognize and encourage undergraduate student scholarship. Contenders for this award are limited to the accepted Research Council convention abstracts submitted by undergraduate students indicating an interest in the award.
The recipient shall:
- Be a current member of SHAPE America.
- The undergraduate student must be first author and presenter and must have completed the research while an undergraduate student. Undergraduate students who authored the top rated accepted abstracts are asked to submit an expanded abstract and have their advisor submit a statement of recommendation.
