Registration for the SHAPE America National Convention & Expo opens in October.

NEW! Simplified Registration for Booking in the Block

We know that attending convention involves juggling schedules, travel and budgets — and we want to make it as straightforward as possible. This year, we’re introducing a registration structure that gives exclusive early-bird savings to attendees who register and book through our official hotel block by January 28.

Here’s how it works:

When you reserve your room within our hotel block, you’ll automatically qualify for early-bird pricing — and thanks to your continued support, we’ve kept these rates the same for the third year in a row. If you opt for accommodation outside the official hotel block, you can still join us at our regular registration rate.

Sharing a room? Perfect! You’ll multiply both the networking and the savings. Just note the names of your roommate(s) during registration so all attendees on the reservation get the early-bird discount.

Special note for students and local attendees: Future professionals and residents of the Kansas City metro area do not need to Book in the Block in order to receive the early-bird discount. Just complete your convention registration by January 28.

Bundle and Save!

SHAPE America Basic Professional Members and Non-Member Professionals can save by bundling their convention registration with the purchase of a SHAPE America Select membership prior to the early-bird deadline of January 28, 2026. To get the discount, select the membership upgrade during the convention registration process.
