Tour of Sanford Pentagon/Fieldhouse (1-4 p.m. / $10)
The cornerstone of the Sanford Sports Complex is the Sanford Pentagon, a 160,000-square-foot, five-sided facility featuring nine basketball courts, including the 1950s/1960s-inspired Heritage Court. The venue combines state-of-the-art amenities — including high-definition video boards and executive suites — with period-specific finishes that are a nod to the nostalgic days of basketball.
 
The Sanford Fieldhouse is the premier indoor sports facility for local, regional and national athletic training, soccer, baseball, softball, football, co-ed sports leagues and POWER fitness programs. Athletes enjoy 62,000 square feet of professional grade Field Turf®, state-of-the-art training facilities, and full- amenity locker rooms — all designed to make sports an integral part of staying healthy. The Sanford Fieldhouse is also home to the Sanford POWER Athletic Enhancement Program, Sanford Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation, Sanford Sports Medicine Outreach (Athletic Training Program) and the home of the Sanford Sports Science Institute. Sanford Health Screenings (7:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. / fee varies)
Preregister now and pay a modest supply fee on site. Choose from the following health screening offerings:

• Total Cholesterol/HDL Ratio plus Glucose — No fasting required. Includes Total Cholesterol (TC), HDL (good) Cholesterol, TC/HDL Ratio, Glucose ($20)
• Glucose Only ($5)
• Blood Pressure (no charge)

Sanford SCORE Assessment (11 a.m. - 12 p.m. & 12-1 p.m. / no fee)
Just like in school, we use a test, known as the Sanford SCORE Assessment. This assessment measures overall athleticism with a single number, making the Sanford SCORE the one number all athletes need to know. This general athletic assessment, offered at Sanford POWER, consists of power, speed and agility drills. Using an exclusive formula developed through years of sports science research, the test results are combined into one number, your Sanford SCORE. Preregistration requested.
