Importance Notice
Before starting Course 1 of the Physical Education Curriculum Builder, please note the following:
- The PE Curriculum online courses must be completed using the Mozilla Firefox browser.
- After completing the exam/assessment from Course 1, please screenshot your score and email it to [email protected] in order for us to manually issue your course certificate. This process may take up to three business days and is required for Course 1 only.
- Due to a technical error with question #4 (knowledge check) in Course 2, we have provided the correct answer here:
- Defines target heart rate.
- Explains the meaning of target heart rate and why it is important to aerobic fitness.
- Calculates personal target heart rate.
- Identifies methods of monitoring personal heart rate.
- Participates in a variety of physical activities while monitoring heart rate.
