Thank you for supporting SHAPE America and our vision that all children are prepared to lead healthy, physically active lives. We believe that through effective teaching, health and physical educators can help students develop the ability and confidence to be physically active and make healthy choices. As educators, our guidance can also help foster their desire to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle in the years to come.

Unrestricted funds allow us to allocate our resources most efficiently and where the needs are greatest.  This includes professional development opportunities for P-12 educators, college/university faculty, coaching educators and researchers, serving as a voice to make a positive impact on school health and physical education through state and national advocacy efforts, or developing valuable resources and tools to help teachers guide their students towards a more healthy and fit lifestyle.
