Institutional - $229
Membership is open to K-12 schools, colleges/universities and health and physical education-related companies. Up to 4 individuals can be included on one institutional membership and the designated hard-copy publication will be sent to the main contact on the membership. Not eligible for voting or convention discounts. Please fill out and submit the institutional membership form via email, fax or mail - call member services at 800-213-7193 with any questions.

Student - $59
Student members receive an online subscription to one professional journal with membership in SHAPE America. 

To be eligible for this category individuals must be registered in a full-time academic program as an undergraduate/graduate student in a regular course of study in health education, kinesiology or related HPE fields. The total cumulative period for a member to hold this status is limited to six years. Proof of student status is required annually.

Retired - $59
To be eligible for this category, individuals must have at least 20 years of professional membership in SHAPE America and be retired from full-time teaching.  Call member services at 800-213-7193 to confirm eligibility.
