National Physical Education and Sport Week

National PE & Sport Week (also known as May Week) is a celebration of the importance of physical education and health education, in addition to kicking off National Physical Fitness and Sports Month.

Throughout the pandemic, HPE teachers have worked creatively to keep students healthy and active, while also helping them cope with stress and anxiety.

Now, as we celebrate National PE & Sport Week, we’d like to send all health and physical education teachers a “virtual high five” in honor of their work teaching life-changing skills to our nation's youth.
