This year, the U.S. Coaching Coalition is very excited to offer a dynamic program full of a wide variety of presentations, invited keynotes and master classes which will facilitate discussion and help enrich the field of coaching education and coach development.

In addition to the exciting keynotes and panel discussions, this year's program includes traditional presentations in the form of 60 minute workshops and 15, 20 and 30-minute lectures.

The popular Interactive Poster sessions that made their debut in 2015 are returning this year. In these sessions, authors display a traditional conference poster and participants have an opportunity to review the posters and interact directly with the authors. In a facilitated format, authors will also have 5 minutes to share their core message with the audience.

New for 2016:

Rapid Relay: Based on conference attendee feedback, this year the NCC has added rapid relay presentations to the program. Centered around themed topics, room facilitators will run a fast-paced session where application of science, critical thinking, and sparking discussions related to important issues and topic are the main objectives. Presenters will have 5 slides and 7-8 minutes to discuss their core points. Audience participation and discussion are encouraged.

Master Class: In a continued effort to make the NCC a hand on program that will help enrich coaching education and development across context and platforms, the U.S. Coaching Coalition is excited to add master class programs to the 2016 schedule. These 90-minute programs will be lead by experts and are designed for maximum participation. Pre-registration for master classes is required and all classes are capped at 20 participants. There is no additional cost for taking one or more master class. Individuals who register for each master class will be contacted by the class facilitator who will provide preparation material and further information.
