Description: With a focus on grassroots advocacy, attendees will have the opportunity to develop their strategic plan to execute a robust policy campaign to improve physical education at the state and local level. The Voices for Healthy Kids team will walk through the components of a strong campaign sharing new tools and resources to drive change.

Get your state-specific questions answered from our advocacy expert Carly Wright, SHAPE America Director of Public Policy & Advocacy, to ensure health and physical education are viewed as funding priorities. Share the challenges you’ve faced so far, learn which educational stakeholders and groups to garner as allies in your state and district, and gain her guidance on how to make the strongest case for your program.
